Founded in 2010 by industry leaders and experts, Dr. Madeline Carpinelli Wallack and Suzanne Herzog, Rx|X is an independent, women-owned, 340B auditing and consulting firm and leader in 340B program education.

Dr. Wallack and Ms. Herzog have worked in many capacities in the 340B industry since 1999. Together, they conducted national evaluations of 340B programs while at the Office of Inspector General, served as expert witnesses in historic 340B litigation, and started Rx|X to directly support 340B entities.
